We are based in Rustenburg North West Province, a region which contains the world's riches platinum reserves and is home to 14 of the 30 PGM producing mines of the country. We also cover Limopo Province because Platinum Group Metals  are concentrated in South Africa's 2 billion-year old Bushveld Igneous Complex, especially in complexes found in the Limpopo and North West provinces.

Our goal is to provide medical services to communities close to and affected by past and present mining activities.

We rely on funding from mining and related companies.

We provide a wide range of medical services that support physical and mental health.
